Current Positions Available

Position Summary:

  • Responsible for day-to-day account management and communication with clients.
  • Manages an assigned book of business, strengthening customer & carrier relationships.
  • Pre-Qualifies and underwrites new business submissions according to carrier and agency standards.
  • Prepares policies, endorsements, audits, auto ID cards etc. for delivery to client
  • Prepares new business quotes through carrier website quoting systems, along with directly working with carrier underwriting teams.
  • Prepares, maintains, and verifies client billings and invoices.
  • Prepares certificates of insurance.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients and carriers.
  •  

 Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Business or related field
  • 2 – 5 years’ of customer service experience, preferably in the Insurance industry
  • Excellent relationship-building and strong communication skills
  • Must be success-driven and a self-starter with excellent teamwork skills
  • Ability to develop and build relationships with various agency partners
  • Strong written/verbal presentation and listening skills
  • Able to provide unmatched service in order to maintain high client retention
  • Ability and desire to work independently or with a team

  • Develops and produces new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients with emphasis on Commercial Property and Casualty Coverages
  • Able to provide great service to clients in order to maintain high retention on book of business
  • Participates in team sales situations with other producers and agency personnel
  • Manages overall client relationship
  • Prepares and implements an individual business plan and production budget
  • Participates in Formal Training and Mentorship with Leadership Team
  • Develops and maintains relationships consistent with our J. Krug culture
  • Works in a Team Oriented Environment


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in B2B and/or Insurance Industry (Preferred but not required)
  • Excellent relationship-building and strong communication skills
  • Must be ambitious and self-motivated
  • Willing to partner and work with a mentor/team
  • Must be success driven and a self-starter
  • Networks, develops relationships and builds center of influences
  • Strong written/verbal presentation and listening skills
  • Able to provide great service to clients in order to maintain high retention on book of business

 Compensation:

  • Base Salary + Commission on New and Renewal Business
